i completed a game but somehow it is making me play the same game.

Dear Candy Crush, I completed the level2674 on candy crush saga but somehow it is not allowing me to move on to the next level as it is still showing that i have to play the same game...please explain why?

Yes, that's annoying, it may be that you ended the game too early, then the progress will not be saved. Or the internet connection was faulty at the moment. There can be different reasons. This has happened to me twice in the last 6 years,
