Not being able to purchase gold bars today?


Why do I get the....oops something went wrong....msg today why trying several times to purchase the gold bars accumulated in my ....piggy bank....this has only started today.

And yes I have sufficient funds in my account to cover costs.

Getting more frustrated my the minute 😧

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

    @usernamesalltaken Hi and welcome, Please try the tips above from @kiara_wael You can can also try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect or if mobile device change from Wifi to mobile data to see if that helps. It may just be a temporary issue with the server
