@rachitmehta6671 Hi and welcome , Please check you device and game are up to date, and clear the cache from your app store or browser , log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
Also while in the game try disconnecting your wifi for 30seconds and then reconnect or if a mobile device try switching from wifi to mobile data to see if this helps
