Two names used and need one deleted

I have two names on an account. Please delete the Vicki one and keep the Vee. I like sending lives to friends but can’t see them on this Vicki account. I do see my Vee account very quickly then turns into Vicki. Help

please check you device and game is up to date and clear the cache from your ap store or browser entirely ,log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue.
