Anyone having problems completing "Chocolate Box"?

I need to complete a "Crown" level in order to complete chocolate box and thereby win the bonus's contained within.
When selecting in "Chocolate Box" it suggests "Hint: you can play past levels complete the quest"
So, I've completed level 2433 several times and yet its not registering in the "Chocolate Box".
I've logged out, back in again, tried on another device, etc.
I cant chose another quest as I don't have the inventory to complet

First I selected blue balls
Next I want to switch it ask me like this then I click ok
And then mediately it was changed.. I selected same colour to .. it was working for me.. I did just now after reading your comment..

Hello @Big_Bad_John, as per the Help Centre information regarding the Chocolate Box you can only pass levels on levels you haven't passed before.
