I play Candy Crush on my Android phone and Windows PC. They are linked to my Facebook account. First my PC stopped connecting to "the app store" 2-3 weeks ago, but I was still able to progress on my Android device and Facebook. Now I can only save my levels on Facebook. This means I am now at the top of the levels available on Facebook and can't play the newer episodes on my Windows PC as I would normally do. I have tried everything else except uninstalling the apps as I don't want to lose all my boosters yet again (this has happened on my Android phone in the past).
Any other suggestions why this is happening and what can be done about it?

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

@HeidiHeidi Hi and welcome, Sorry little confused are you playing via the windows 10 game app or facebook. Also in Candy crush Saga your facebook game or windows game should be backed up to kings servers. So it is only mobile devices that you lose any boosters on, like your android device.

@Freddy_Falkner are you sure that is correct? According to the Help Center no matter which device you play boosters are always saved on the device.

Yes, you certainly can!
Use either a King profile or Facebook to easily switch between devices and access your game progress and Gold Bars wherever you play. Boosters and extra lives however, are always stored locally on the device you received them on, so they won't move across devices.
There is a King profile option in your settings menu. Look out for the 'Sign-up with email' prompt, and you can keep your social media separate from your gaming, but still benefit from thousands of other King players who can send you lives.
If you have a Facebook account simply follow these steps:
@Alienscar For CCS yes but not every King game. Facebook game is saved to servers and a browser not an app. windows 10 app have had to uninstall before and not lost anything as again saved to king servers

First, the boosters stored on your Facebook platform will sync with the Windows 10 platform, so even if you repeatedly uninstall the Windows 10 app, the boosters will return as soon as you log in to the Windows app.
Extra levels are only available in the Windows app so you won't find extra levels on the Windows PC's Facebook platform.
If you can't find additional new levels in the Windows app, let me know which is your app version?
In addition, if your Microsoft Store is not up to date, you will not receive the latest updates for the game app, and in this case you will not find additional levels in the Windows app.
So if you let me know the current version of the App Store and the game app version, I can arrange for you to get extra levels.

Hello @HeidiHeidi the most likely explanation is that your app has expired as it needs to be refreshed every ninety days when linked to Facebook.
