I never received my boosters from playing "lucky beans"

This morning I played the lucky beans event and I never received the boosters that I won. I made it through 3 maybe 4 times and when I continued playing the boosters never showed up. I know I won at least an hour and half booster of the strip candy with the wrapped candy and then a half hour of the fish booster. I logged out and Red logged in several times. I then sent a message to support with my user ID and email. Is anyone else having this issue?
