Sometimes there is a graphics glitch with the feature mostly happens if someone leaves a team. You need to total your Fantastic 5 team scores to see if they add up to 7000. If not you have the graphics glitch and your scores will be counted in the background and if your team reaches the 7000 target in the allotted time you should receive your rewards.

There has been no change in earning rewards in the Fantastic Five.

There may be various reasons why you did not get the reward. If any player left the team, the points obtained by this player will not be counted, although you will be seeing them on the scoreboard, then the sum is not real and you can only wait until the challenge time ends to start a new one. There is also the possibility that the team reached the finish line long before you enter the game, then the reward will be gone.
