@çiko38 Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from you app store or browser. log out and restart you device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not try contacting customer support for your missing reward, but normally they only replace purchased boosters but there is no harm in trying
