Strange new candy appeared in level 8158

Suddenly, a new candy appeared. It was not there when first attempting this leve. It is a hollow, tan-colored square. Random switching will break it. Is this a glitch of some sort? How does one use these candies? If it is a glitch, how can I fix it?

If the candy you are talking about looks like this, that's a new element that replaces waffles but have the same properties.

I feel this level is very though.. I attempted many times but I completed finally.. now I'm in 8900 level..

Very strange. I don't like the new kind of blocker. These layers confuse me if these layers weren't covered in chocolate. The first, third, and fifth layers have chocolate while the second and fourth layers have cream. I called it "chocolate and cream swirl" because it has 5 layers and it resembles a licorice swirl. I don't like the one layered swirl because it exposes a space tile.
