I was trying to get access to the store and I can't get it
Hi i have tried login on and off and again on i even deleted game lost all gold but cant getvinto store cant buy anything and its frustrating please solve this problem keeps saying connecting but just stays there

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

@Yessika_01bodre Hi and welcome, There is a long standing issue for some with connection issues to the store.
Please try checking your device and game is up to date, clear the cache from your browser or app store and log out and restart you device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not then you may need to contact customer support to see if they can look in to your issue or as a last restort you may need to reinstall , but if you do this on a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
