In-game boosters

I have lost all my boosters that i have never used, no space ships, no hand switch no nothing. Is there help for me getting them back or do i have to start all over again.

    Welcome to the friendly King Community.

    The boosters that you collected or purchased are stored locally in the device memory and the boosters will be completely lost due to app error, app crash or uninstall the app. Since the boosters do not sync with the game server, if they are lost somehow, they cannot be recovered.

    However, if you purchased the boosters but lost the boosters for such reason, you should contact our Player Support through app help center.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

    Hello and welcome, in the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

    However, you need to contact our player support to get the purchased boosters back.

    If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email, or click the link below:
