If you are playing on a PC, make sure you have activated a cleaner. The erases the temporary data every day, including those of the game. Likewise, if you are playing in private mode with an Explorer, this data can be deleted and the game will start from day 1.
@SuzieQ63 Hi and welcome. Please check your device and game are up to date, clear the cache from your app store or browser, log out and restart your device and then log back in. Your daily treat will start at day 1 again but then should start working correctly
