Both Candy Crush Saga and Pet Rescue freeze at loading

I am playing on my computer with Windows 10 updated to most current version.

For the last 2 days both games, Candy Crush Saga and Pet Rescue, freeze at the loading screen and will not open.

Don everything I can think of, restarted computer, updated browser, cleared cache. Nothing works.

Update the game to new version hope it works.

King, if you’re wondering, I’ve tried logging on with 3 different iPads, IPhone XR, IPhone 13 and Desktop windows 10…..everyone freezes at startup yet Candy Crush works with no problem on all

I think Pet Rescue servers are in desperate need of a fix….I haven’t been able to log on all day. King, don’t try and blame it on my internet, I also play Candy Crush and that works just fine!

All King.com games are frozen on Facebook on my PC.

They are stuck on the loading screen.

What can be done?

I have tried everything.

I have Windows 10 on my PC

I am using the most updated Google Chrome browser

I play Candy Crush and Pet Rescue through Facebook.

Any help would be appreciated.

We need to know from which platform you encountered this problem with, so tell us which browser or app you are using for this game?

I have done all the suggested things. Different browser, updated everything, tried incognito nothing works.

Are others having the same problem?

@cmfungames Hi and welcome, have you tried using a different browser to see if that helps and also as you are on a windows 10 PC have you thought of downloading the app versions of the game from the Microsoft store as these are a far more stable version
