The middle top right cherry won't budge, I've played the level 15 + times wasting lives and special candies I've done combos when it's the only thing left on the board I've used the chocolate and striped combo when it's been the only thing left on the board, I've watched the videos you've attached to other people complaining about the same thing and nothing has changed it just sits there as everything else around it falls.

Hello and welcome, the cherry in Level 2996 is now a common issue.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.

I'm having the same issue and none of the above suggestions helped. Updated, restarted, etc. Doesn't work on any device but I mainly play on my brand new phone which is a Samsung A11k

@Lynn_D-2 Hi and welcome, This has been a long running issue with the level, have tried this level for a few people and although there are times the top right cherry does not drop i normally find the right combination of booster and it does drop eventually. Think the amount of times this has been reported all you can do is keep trying and eventually it will drop for you
