Why do I get 15 moves on the first attempt of some levels?

Hi, Community members,

Recently, I have been experiencing some levels where I have 15 moves on the first attempt. This has only happened after I have passed level 5000. This means I only get 15 moves on 5013 on attempt 1 instead of 34. This was so hard to cope with when I have only 1 golden crown from 5016-5030 when I could have had 5. Can you please investigate this situation?

Try the standard troubleshooting tips: check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. Restart your device and then see if this solves your issue.

Hi, FlaringCrystal120,

I have checked my device and game and followed your advice but this seems to be an in-game problem. I have never had this problem before reaching the 5K milestone. I believe this is just to make getting trophies harder but I seem to have many levels buffed just for this case.

@lucaszhang0714 I don't know which device you use but on my Laptop connected thru Facebook are now 34 moves for level 5013.
