Please try these steps: after playing a level check if all 8 lives have returned. If they haven't come back do this:
- close session
- clear cache
- reboot the device
- log in and play a level.
If the problem persists after that, you must contact player support directly from your game, as we do not manage purchases in the Community. To get the answers from the support do not forget to check your spam.

And (of course) we all know that things change & evolve over time, this game is no different.
A member of the mod squad (@Sukanta_Biswas) also had that arrangement, but now you can earn some extra plays (without payment)...

@sj3001 Hi And welcome, As far as i am aware you would not have paid for this feature but more to do with what test group you were in at the time. I did know people that had up to 8 lives max and me only had 6 lives max, but there were different test groups. So depended what group you were in .
As above @Sukanta_Biswas had the 8 lives but only he could say if this was still in the game or not as not many would have had this

Welcome to the friendly King Community.
You got a set of 8 Lives in your game that belongs to the test group and such test may not always be available, also this feature is not available through purchase.
Even if you are included in this test, when you log in(new) to the game, you will not get a set of 8 live, that is, you will get a set of 5 live with logging in, but 1 live's will be added every 30 minutes.
