Why are the daily boosters missing?

I haven’t been able to collect any of the daily boosters for five days now. I have tried logging in/out and updating the app, but nothing seems to work anymore and this is a huge frustration. I am on level 2824 and there is just no way to pass this one without some help. What happened to the boosters?

@AngelsAmongUs Hi and welcome, The Daily Treat feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible

The booster wheel is a test feature which means that it is not guaranteed to always be in your game. It is available to only a fraction of all players, or it might be missing due to temporary issues, but will return to your game soon. To see if it works, Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache if you are using a browser. However, even if doesn't, you'll get it back soon.
Tips for Level 2824:
You have to collect 40 licorice in 23 moves to complete the level.
The licorice is in the top corners but it will fall down into the main playing area where it can be collected.
The first thing to do is clear the spawner and cream blockers so the licorice can drop down, try to do both at the same time so you don't waste moves.
Clear as much as you can and if you find that no more licorice is falling simply make a move without clearing any licorice and more will fall. Wrapped candies are good for clearing licorice and if you can switch two together better still.
