Hi. I love Candy Crush. The game suddenly stops running from 1 month ago.
Therefore, it is very uneasy whether the data that has progressed up to stage 2600 has been deleted.
I have never deleted a game. Re-installing the application did not solve the problem.
Is there any solution? I am connected to my Apple account. (khs2102@icloud.com)
For symptoms, please check the attached video and capture.
1.Run the app
2.Loading(About 2 seconds)
3.The moment this loading screen is displayed for 0.5 seconds, the app goes down

@gensuke Hi and welcome, Cannot play your video has windows media requires an upgrade to the format you are using. So it would be better if you can just provide a screenshot of your issue and we should be able to advise you on this
