Game not loading

I have been playing on my laptop (Android) and now it won't load. I have followed the suggestions (cleared cache, restart, tried another browser (Google Chrome) but nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

@bocalilly Hi and welcome, . What do you mean when you say laptop and android are you using an emulator or you just mean windows.

Sounds like you have done all the troubleshooting tips so can only advise to try the king.com/games site or download the windows 10 app version of the game
