Welcome to the friendly King Community.
Fantastic five custom team belongs to the test group and it is not certain that this feature will always be in your game. Since you have left your old custom team, you are currently on a random team, but you can receive the feature at any time and then have the opportunity to re-create a new team.
You can also follow the steps below, to see if the feature returns.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.

If you do not have the option to create or join a team and was invited to a team that there was no one left, All i could suggest is turn of the Fantastic 5 feature in settings for a few days and see if when you you activate it it puts you back in random teams. While waiting would also try contacting customer support to see if they can help with your issue.
Definitely check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. log out and restart your device and see if you get the custom 5 feature as this will make it easy to create or join a team. if not try the above and customer support
