It happened again last night!! Obviously I am trying for the highest score so I leave it as long as possible. But as soon as the score starts reversing you cannot tap to skip and end the game......this does not seem fair

I took photos with my phone and videos of the reversing score, used my phone as a screenshot with my iPad freezes the screen in candy crush then turns it black......must be an iPad glitch

However both the above are very frustrating and make me want to stop playing 🙁🙁

I have read your post, very informative. Doesn’t mention anything about the tap to skip being disabled...any thoughts on that?

Any idea why screenshots (when the game is still in action) cause my game to freeze and then turn black?

Hi @Jane_S @Yosca @aijaziqbal,

Probably because *King disabled it. It is ridiculous to *Reverse these 1 / 2 Billion Scores, bringing you back to 1000. A waste of time. But, that is how they chose to do it.

The *Trick is, to stop the score, before it hits the *Cap. Of course, no way to know how high the score is, on a level. So becomes a guessing game.

On your game freezing from screenshots, it is either a *iPad *Glitch, as you mentioned, or your phone working with it. Important you *Sync up your *Devices.

Probably because the score is going backward, might have a *Reading problem. In other words, it doesn't recognize or relate well to - Minus Counting on High Scores. You do have one screenshot above, & on *Page 19. So it could do at least one, then couldn't do more after.

I could take screenshots on - Minus scores, I only use *Win 10.

I'll *Tag our @Yosca, she uses *iPad, she would know more about it.

Hi @Jane_S and @Origins7_Dale @aijaziqbal I also had a frozen screen while playing yesterday. It just froze couldn’t tap any candy. My screen doesn’t turn black it just freezes. Had this before, lost a life because of that. I’m not sure if it’s an iPad thing or just an iPad glitch in the game...
