Hello and welcome. Swedish fish are the answer to Level 3164.
Switch the stripes together down the middle to release loads of fish from the floats, the first switch will unlock a lot of the floats and release some fish but once the floats are unlocked simply switching the combos down the middle will give you enough fish to clear the jelly and, just as importantly, the bombs.
The bombs have only a few moves countdown so need to be kept under control, but don't waste moves trying to match them, just switch the combos and let the fish do the work for you.
