Have not been receiving lives. Had to reinstall windows and lost my saved lives. ALSO NOT GETTING MY

Very sorry about that. But unfortunately both lives and boosters are stored on your device memory so that these can be used even if a player is playing offline. Unfortunately if the game is crashed or reinstallation is done we will lose all our lives and boosters and they can not be recovered. If you have any purchased boosters or lives please contact our player support either directly from the settings of your game application or through this link.

@Beccabow2 Hi and welcome, As above there is an issue with sending and receiving lives for many in the game but these can be lost for many reasons outside Kings control and unfortunately as they are free lives they are not replaceable
As for you game if you play via a windows platform ie Facebook , king.com or windows 10 app and have reinstall the windows and game. you will see it will take a few levels and days for some of the features to stat appearing to you. All features are given to randomly selected groups, so you may not get all the ones you had and alternatively you may get some you did not have, will just depend on the groups you are in
