Win streak reset to Zero without losing

All of a sudden my win streak has reset to Zero and I don't have the level 5 goodie bag available to me but I haven't lost a level. Worked fine a few days ago when I played a few levels but got on today and noticed it when I wanted to play level 917. Logged out and back in with no luck. Any ideas?? Thanks

Unfortunately this can happen from time to time and a few things can cause this to happen, Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done regarding get your streak back and all you can do is start it again

Always best to regularly check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device to make sure your game is running as smoothly as possible

Hello and welcome, try the standard troubleshooting. Check your device is up to date, if playing via a browser clear the cache and then restart your device and see if this resolves your issue.

This does occasionally happen and if you play multi device you will find this happens a lot more. Also make sure any levels you finish that they register before you leave the game as if it fails to register correctly you will get this problem.
