My team has reached the 7000 point goal but I'm not getting the reward.. by the way, I'm Totia!

@totinjp Hi and welcome, This is a graphics glitch in the game. If you add your team scores up they do not come to 7000 points. In this case the scores are added in the background and if you team reaches the reward in the allotted time you will then receive your rewards.

This normally happens if someone leaves your team

The cause of your problem is a graphics error, meaning your team did not collect a total of 7000 points, but you can see that 7000 points have already been collected.

Keep playing the game, you will get rewards when your team collects a total of 7000 points and you have to merge the points of the team members to know how many points your team has collected.

Also check if your game app is the latest version.

Hello and welcome, hopefully the tips above answered your question. The number of points you actually have are counted in the background, which means you will get rewards once actually reaching 7000 points.
