We have noticed that different platforms have different moves for the same level and this is probably a temporary problem. I am going to report the matter to my team right now and of course the issue will be reviewed.

@FotiniS Hi, seems something strange going on as both windows 10 app and my iphone showing 20 moves. guessing tips in first post did not help. Going to tag the level designer @LindQ to see if she can give an opinion on this as there seem to be quite a few posts lately regarding different devices having different moves

I am having the same problem. I am on an iPad and refuse to spend money because it is the only way to pass a level, 12 moves is an insanely low number of moves given how difficult the level is. I checked and my app is fully updated. Despite enjoying Candy Crush for several years, this level is souring
my experience so much I, too, am ready to quit.
I've been having the same issue. I've signed out of my account, cleared my cache, restarted my phone (android 10) a dozen time, the only thing that got me from 12 moves to 20 moves was uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it (which means I lost all of my boosters, but I was desperate). And then it still reverted back to 12 moves! Same deal on my Chromebook. This is getting ridiculous. This level is absolutely impossible with 12 moves.
