Account not connecting

I’m up to level 2007 but for the last week or two my account can’t connect so I’m unable to purchase any boosters or know where I am in the leader board. Tried various things but nothing is working.

    @lejd Hi and welcome. you can try checking your game is up to date, clear the cache from your app store or browser and log out and restart your device and then log back in to see if this solves your issue.

    If not try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps.

    There is a long standing connection issue in the game and unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this, uninstalling may resolve your issue as a last resort but you would lose any stored boosters and lives.

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
