The ads feature are given by some group of people that get this feature and others don't don't worry l'm sure you might get it anytime soon.

Currently the King has released a large number of new events & offers, and has shared it through a few groups. Not all events/ offers are for everyone. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this.
If you not received ad that mean you are now not under the testing group.

Welcome, newcomer; but it seems like you're not part of an experimental test group (of lab rats) that has the feature; see here.
Some will get adverts & others won't, different people get different features.
So you just have to put up with the experiment for as long as it lasts, but (try to) have fun.
And do not delete the game in an attempt to receive the feature, as any accumulated boosters/received game lives would also be deleted; see this.
You're basically at the mercy of those tasked with maintaining the game on whether or not you ever get this feature.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

where are ads for boosters gone? My partner had them same time as me. They still have it I don’t. I got it back for one day. If it’s an experiment then how come come some people never lost it at all and others did.

@kaz37 Hi and welcome, The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible

AD video is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature or everyone will get it.
Keep playing the game and I hope you find this feature in the near future.
