Loss of history

Im in search for some help. I recently got a new IPHONE- All my apps were successfully transferred including facebook and candy crush. The issue that im having when i go to my candy crush app the history is not saved and has me starting at level 1. When i log into facebook on my laptop it has me picking up where i left off prior to the new phone. Im on level 7200 would hate to start over. Please help

Yes i have. Whats interesting is it is linking with a facebook page that is me but i didnt create it.
