I used a booster and it did not work

I selected to use a booster- to switch candies. The booster went away however my switch did not happen. Can I get that booster back please. Thanks,

Sorry, lost or used boosters are not refundable. Your game app may have been frozen, so you may encounter this problem, but if you follow the link below, you will be less likely to encounter this problem in the future.
