Not getting the rewards in fantastic 5

Hi I've been playing loyalty the game for more tram three years and I've spent some money in the game. I find it very frustrating and inconvenient that I'm not getting the rewards from fantastic 5. I would be very appreciative if you could look into the issue. Thanks

Sometimes there is a graphics glitch with the feature mostly happens if someone leaves a team. You need to total your Fantastic 5 team scores to see if they add up to 7000. If not you have the graphics glitch and your scores will be counted in the background and if your team reaches the 7000 target in the allotted time you should receive your rewards.
