Hello and welcome to the community.
Level 862 statrs with a huge red cross which dissolves into at least 3 color bombs as soon as the game starts.
You are unlikely to be able to switch two color bombs together but if you can it will clear the licorice.
Wraps are probably the best specials for clearing licorice and they are fairly easy to make, so look for chances to make wraps whenever possible. Stripes will not help much while there is a lot of licorice on the board as the licorice will block them, so don't waste moves making them unless you have no choice.
Level 862 is just a question of making as many combos as possible.
