No levels are pay to win, they're monitored dor data across all our players, and many players never pay for boosters! Which level are you struggling with right now, I'm sure some of our local experts can give you a few hints. But I agree, sometimes levels with bombs are hard and tricky. Good luck!

I totally agree with you @LindQ.
Besides, this player has already created this kind of discussion nearly 25 times. @heiya it is rather pointless to continuously make these discussions unless you are stuck on a level. Have you even tried these tips?
- Take your time and focus on the board.
- Study the game board before and throughout the game. Always play at the lowest level of the game board to enable more candies to drop from the top.
- The above will give you opportunity to create special candies such as striped/wrapped candies or color bomb. Combining a color bomb with either a striped or wrapped candy will destroy any blockers.
- Activate the hint under the setting. This is a helpful tool as it highlights candies formation that you may have missed out especially color bombs.
- Stay calm and be patient.
All levels are possible to win without boosters and without paying.

That was all you need to write. I had also been stuck on this level for a long time.
This level is a good challenge. There are lots of blockers and the isolated threesome of candy bomb dispensers are in an especially difficult place. Managing those bombs is central to the strategy for this level.
You need to try to avoid hitting the bombs until you have cleared most or even all of the blockers (to make space for special candy creation) and until you have destroyed most of the jelly underneath those blockers (so that 12 moves is probably sufficient to close out).
If you do hit the central block by accident, you need to try and line up special candies and set them off at just the right time to take out the single candy bomb so you get 12 more moves.
If possible, save specials away from the conveyor belt for combinations and for a major assault on that middle block.
