My FB account was hacked and I had to make a new one. Help to recover my progress in Candy Crush!

Hi,

As I said in the question, my Facebook account was hacked. As Facebook doesn't give me an option that actually helps to recover my account... I had no other option than creating a new account. Now I'm here asking for help to, at least, not lose all the progress that I've made in Candy Crush (LvL 4511) and Candy Crush Saga (Lvl 3265). My app ID is 1606698067

Can you tell me which steps should I follow to success on this?
