Hello and welcome, every level is possible without boosters.
Focus on getting rid of the frosting and licorice. Use wrapped candies to help clear the licorice and striped/color bomb to help clear the frosting. This level is very easy once you get the blockers out of the way.
You could also try using a color bomb + color bomb combination to clear all the licorice as it will destroy them all at once.
