CC does not load

Since two or three days, CC does not load with Facebook. I tried with Mozzilla and Opera...Does'nt move from this screen :

Have you tried to clear the cache and restart your device and try again.

Playing through app via microsoft is better option or try to use another browser like google chrome.

Hello and welcome, check your device is up to date, if playing via a browser clear the cache and then restart your device and see if this resolves your issue.

I think I'm having the same problem - all Candy Crush games I play are not longer loading, Candy Crush soda, Candy Crush Soda Saga, Candy Crush Jelly Saga, etc - all except Diamon Digger (?).

Lets be specific - my favourite is Candy Crush Saga. I used to be able to access this via the Facebook app but now it no longer completes loading. I've tried...

Clearing the cache,

Using a different browser, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer all tried. All browsers are up to date.

Tried to accessing the game via King.com

Nothing works. The only clue to the problem is the following message that appears after a few minutes

" java.lang.NullPointerException An unhandled error has occurred"

I'm using Windows 10, version 20H2, Build 19042.867

Processor : AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics      3.70 GHz

Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

PLEASE help. I'm now on holiday and I need to play ny favourite game!

It may be that your internet is running slow and that is why your game is not loading in the browser.

I tried once again today... My internet is running as usual, I don't have any problem to watch videos (streaming OK), or to listen music. I don't understand !😥
