Lost my win streak but all crowns...

Hello to the community!

I just joined the community to complain (sorry, I should have joined earlier to thank you first!)

Today I was happily trying to get my golden crown, and on a 15+ winning streak when I stopped to do some chores. Back to the game and my winning streak is gone, with the new level blue as if I had lost it before.

I gathered all my boosters and managed to win it and guess what? I got the golden crown for winning at first trial...

Now I am 1 at winning streak, with 15 golden crown before and this is not even the first time. It is really annoying, because I am at 1485 and no booster mean I will likely not get the diamond crown, which is unfair. Is there any hope to get it fixed?

This makes me loose my pleasure in the game...

If you lose a level, while you're on a streak, you can choose to continue to play the level (and thus keep your streak) or to leave the level and lose your streak and associated rewards from the candy necklace.

Hello and welcome, try the standard troubleshooting. Check your device is up to date, if playing via a browser clear the cache and then restart your device and see if this resolves your issue.

This does occasionally happen and if you play multi device you will find this happens a lot more. Also make sure any levels you finish that they register before you leave the game as if it fails to register correctly you will get this problem.
