Problem since a few weeks

Hi,

Since a few weeks I'm experiencing big problems. All my fellow players have been gone, I play alone. Also competitions have gone, as well as certain prizes and my (automatic) profile picture. Also my gold bars have been messed up. Sometimes they don't load, if they do I have only 6. On the other hand I did receive some extras (like +/- 20 fishes).

What can I do to get back to CandyCrush how it was before? I play on the Windows 10 app, had a big Windows 10 update not too long ago, but problems already started before that.

If you game and device are up to date and you are still getting issues , i would probably just uninstall and reinstall the app just make sure you sign out first so you know your game is saved. As its the windows 10 app you levels gold bars and boosters should be ok and you should only lose any stored lives

I could not sign out. I lost all my progress. I deleted the game. Please remove my profile on this website, I don't want people/websites to have my e-mail if it's not necessary, and there is no "remove profile" option to be found :(
