The Treat Calendar is freezing my access to Candy Crush Saga.
Thank you for your concern. I was very distraught about this. Just so you know, it actually unfroze 2 days later after I practically tapped it to death on my iPad (not sure if that's what made it work!). I was pretty disappointed that my boosters disappeared though. But, guess what, they showed back up the next day! Happy camper here! Very much appreciate your efforts.

If you have done all the standard troubleshooting tips there is not much else you can do. You could try contacting customer support to see if they can help with your issue or wait for the next game update and see if that resolves your issue. Other than this would be uninstalling and reinstalling, but as its a mobile device you would LOSE all stored BOOSTERS and LIVES

One such problem we got before and the problem has been solved. I don't know if the problem has returned because we haven't received any new reports of such problems.
Please try to find a solution through a few troubleshooting steps HERE but if you don't find a solution let me know.
Thanks for trying to help. I read through all the troubleshooting steps as recommended. I suppose the uninstall would work, but it was very clear that I would lose all my accumulated boosters. I'm very stingy with them, and refuse to part with them willingly. I'm just hopeful that an update will occur eventually that will allow a fix to miraculously happen. Wishing myself luck.
