Hello Tina, Freddy and Kiara's advice will probably solve your issue, but I am wondering what your issue actually is. You say that your F5 isn't working correctly, which would imply that to some extent it is working.

It isn’t working correctly never goes beyond the first or gets to the first level and someone said it has an update it is not updating .it is on 7000 not 15000 and my game is up to date so don’t know how to update it any further.

@Tina-42 the 7000 milestone is the current maximum. It's my understanding that it used to be 15.000 but that must have changed a while ago! I've been playing CC since November 2020 and my ultimate goal had always been the former!
