It’s impossible too get out with 28 moves. On checking utube they get 40 moves

    Level 7672 decsreased move from 40 to 28 , For this level try to play near to blockers or from where more candies are available to play. Use more striped candy or play near to blockers with wrapped candy to break them all within 28 moves.
