Free lives from friends

Almost every single time someone sends me a life I tap the envelope and accept. I almost never get them. 1/100 is my ratio.

just now, I had no lives left. I had 3 in mail. tapped and accepted. I do not receive. Frustrating. What is the issue? Thanks.

Please check you device and game are up to date , log out and clear the cache from your app store or browser , restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue
