Newly received lollipop boosters not showing up in inventory

In the past week I've earned 3 lollipop boosters but my inventory still shows a ZERO count. Whenever I earn one it doesn't show up now. The level I'm on, 5030, appears virtually impossible to beat without them at this point. Help.

Make sure updated your Apps. If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here,
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

Please check your device and game are up to date , log and clear the cache from your app store or browser. restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
Please follow @kiara_wael link for any missing rewards, but please note any free rewards replaced would normally be a good will gesture as normally only purchased boosters are replaced

From which event did you get three lollipops? As far as I know no such event or feature is currently active in the game so if you show me a screenshot I can explain the cause of your problem.
