Level 9229 impossible with just 27 moves

I only have 27 moves in level 9229 (mobile & Facebook). I tried over 200 times and It's not possible to pass this level without using many many boosters I don´t have actually. I look out for tips at Youtube and I can see the only players who passed this level started it with 43, 45 or even 47 moves available. This is not fair. And not only this level, I think in the last 100 levels I had half the moves than it's wrote in the descriptions. I used to play this game for fun, but if I can play same conditions than other players (to be able to pass levels and win boiosters and rewards) I will most likely delete it. Thabnks a lot for a 3 years amusement.
