I am playing CC thru FB on a desktop and on my iPad air 2. in both cases I have problems, but different ones:
Desktop - does not synch to my iPad (I am on level 8953, and on the desktop 8945). I don't see events, and cant see any progress. I tried logging to the game using King site, but the problem remains.
iPad - Can't see any of my FB friends, can't request/receive lives, and can't connect to the App store.
These problem slow me down and frustrate me! it had been this way for a week. I tried checking on your support page, did almost everything suggested (except for uninstalling FB and/or CC) - and nothing works.
HELP please.

Hi and welcome, you game syncing can usually be resolved by logging out and restarting your device on the game that is behind and then logging back in. Sometimes especially if you try switching from one device to the other it can take this to force it to sync to the server correctly.
You ipad if you can not see any Facebook friends you may have the new candy connections feature and this is why your friends missing. The connection issue is an ongoing thing that is a waiting a fix. All you do is the standard troubleshooting tips
Check device and game are up to date, log out and clear the cache from the safari browser (important even thought you play through the app) restart your your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue. If not you will probably need to uninstall but if you do this you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
