For your treat calendar , check you device and game are up to date, log out and clear the cache from your app store or browser. restart your device and log back in . This will reset your browser to day 1 but hopefully should work correctly after that
you community avatar is just the standard avatar when you join the community and can be changed in settings. You will also get a community badge for changing your avatar

Hi debera, have you ever changed your Avatar picture? If you haven't then your picture was automatically assigned to you when you joined this community.
You can change it by clicking on your Avatar and then selecting 'edit profile'.
You can only change it to one from a pre-selected range though.
