I had to change some information on Facebook and when I played Candy Crush, all my helped items were gone. Why?

    -Clear the cache and cookies on your browser

    Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date. You can check if it's updated here.

    @lynndmd All of your 'help' items for the game are stored on the memory of your device. If the change you made forced Facebook to update in anyway you might have accidentally wiped the memory of your game.

    If you have loat items that you have paid for you can claim them back through King Support.
