Level 1959 only 13 moves

I am trying to get through Candy Crush level 1959 and I only get 13 moves which seems impossible. When reading the tips and tricks to get through this level, it states there should be 31 moves. My game ID is 11596207367. Has the number of moves changed? If it is supposed to be 13, I'm pretty sure I'll never get through this one!

Thank you. Crazy but after submitting the question, I went back to try again and had luck passing it with "buying" the extra moves.
