Can someone tell me what's going on with level 3999?!

2 weeks ago someone posted a help vid on youtube..the board was so different..

At that time therr were 17 moves and not near as many blockers (frosting) as there are today..

Now there are only 10 moves and ALOT more blockers (frosting) sheesh, this is ridiculous!!

Just found a vid where, a year ago, there were. 24 moves on 3999.

I understand sometimes they tweak levels, but this is ridiculous!!

I'm about done!!🙃

Looks like this needs an extremley lucky board. Video below may give you some tips on completing this level, 10 moves and no boosters used
